From 1^st November 2023 all results of investigations requested by the practice, which have been checked by your doctor, are available to view on the NHS App. If you do not have access to the NHS App you can register here or you can contact the practice via the online consult. Alternatively you can call the surgery Monday to Friday after 11am on 01942 812525 or 01204 697229.

Please note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate, unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data. For children the results will be given to their legal guardian.

Please note that the receptionists cannot tell you the actual results of the tests, but can tell you what comment the doctor has made when he or she has read the result.
