New Patient Registration

The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice catchment area. You will be asked to complete a NHS registration form and a practice new patient questionnaire.

Two proofs of identity will be required:-

    • Photographic ID (i.e. passport, driving licence)

    • Proof of Address (i.e. bank statement)

Each registering adult must attend, to prove their identity.

If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one, you can receive urgent treatment from a local GP practice.

You can register as a temporary patient for up to three months if you are staying with someone within the catchment area.

You may register at any time, but we advise not to come over the lunchtime period.
